Welcome to the INSTITUTE OF MARITIME STUDIES ONLINE APPLICATION portal of Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University. The IBBUL Maritime Studies Online Application Portal allows prospective PG students to apply for any PG maritime studies programme of the University.
To access the application portal, a prospective applicant must activate an account on the portal by generating a transaction ID and making the necessary application fee payment. This activation is a one-time action that will be used to setup the applicant's profile within the system.
